Early Intervention

Home Visits

The nurses working in this program are early intervention specialists and provide services in conjunction with the Jordan School District.

This service is for infants with significant delays in motor, speech, social and emotional development. If necessary, the nurses can make joint visits with the Jordan Child Development Center’s (JCDC) occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, special educators and audiologists.

How Much Does the Program Cost?

To be eligible for this program you must live in the Jordan School District and meet the eligibility requirements of JCDC. Fees for the program are based on family income and are assessed by JCDC.
