Public Information Meeting

The Division of Environmental Health will hold a public information meeting about the proposed changes on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. The information meeting will be at:

Note that this is an informational meeting only, and not a public hearing. Public comments will not be formally accepted into record at this meeting; to make a formal comment concerning the proposed regulation, please submit in writing (as detailed above), or attend the public hearing mentioned below.

Public Hearing

The public hearing on the proposed amendment will be held in April 2012, specific date still to be determined.
