Cost of Vaccines
- The cost of each vaccine is different, and depends on the amount SLVHD pays the manufacturer per dose of vaccine. Current immunizations fees (14 KB).
- In addition to Medicaid, SLVHD accepts United Health and PEHP insurances.
Vaccines for Children (VFC)
- The administration fee for each VFC vaccine is $10.00 to $14.50 per dose. This amount helps us cover the cost of storage, tracking and administration.
